End of Season: Closing Ceremony, Champ. Games & More

The Villa Park Little League's closing ceremony is a fun event for the entire league to wrap up the season. First we will have the championship games (AA, AAA and Majors) and kickball tournament in the morning followed up by a home run derby, trophy presentations and ceremonies for graduating players. This is a fun family event for all featuring music, BBQ, games and treats.

End of Season Schedule & Activities (Saturday, May 20, 2023)

  • All Day: Inflatable Axe Throwing, Giant Jenga
  • 9:00 AM: Championship Games (AA, AAA and Majors)
  • 9:00 AM: Lower Level Kickball Tournament
  • 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM: Baby's Burger Food Truck & Dippin' Dots
  • 12:00 PM: Closing Ceremonies (Majors Field)
    • Trophy presentations
    • President's Award
      • Recognize and Celebrate Graduating Players (Majors Field) - Celebrate our 12-year olds and families that are graduating out of Villa Park Little League.
    • Home Run Derby (Majors Field) - Eligible players will be any Majors/AAA player that hits a Home Run this season or any league age 12 player.
  •   1:45 PM: Parents Softball Game
We encourage all players in attendance to wear their jersey top to Closing Ceremonies. This is a great photo opportunity for teams receiving trophies and graduating players.
